I was able to scrap another baby photo of my little boy…

Credits HERE.
That’s actually my entry on the first challenge hosted by Team GMD- a lift from Angie’s LO- A Rainbow of colors
Team GMD is a new blog hosted by the CTs of Gina Miller. They’ll pick 3 winners and I think there’s some little gift for those who joined. That’s great. I love Gina’s stuff and yeah I’m one of her fans…
Speaking of babies as I’ve mentioned on my previous post, my little boy is exactly 35 months old now
. Next month he’ll be 3yrs old already, WOW! time flies so fast… I can’t believe it, my little baby is now a big boy and soon he’ll be going to school and meet other kids and eventually has his own group of friends… hehe…
So what’s up for a 35-Month-Old boy? According to the baby center, which I am always reminded of my baby’s development…
”your preschooler is becoming more independent.”
– true enough because Migs would like to discover little things on his own. When we go out, he wanted to walk by himself…
“By now your child probably needs only a short nap in the afternoon, if any at all.”
– well, Migs didn’t take a nap anymore, waaahhh… sometimes yes but most of the time NO!
“He may soon start playing more structured games with others, like tag or go fish”- not those games but what he loves is hide and seek and playing balls- basketball, baseball, bowling…
That’s only a shortlist of development… but for me he’s really a smart kiddo…
Now for his upcoming third birthday… we don’t have plan of throwing a party but we MIGHT spend it at Disneyland as he wanted to meet Mickey Mouse and other Disney characters… not yet final but that’s what hubby and I plan for him… I’ll let you know of course! Hehe…
Ok, off to read more news and surf and surf… hehehe…. Ciao!
I am lucky I was able to get a copy of the Scrapbookgraphics Collaborative Birthday Kit… woohoo!!! Thanks so much Bree…
It’s been so long that I wanted to scrap the 2nd birthday photos of Migs that was held on his Ninang house last year. And finally I was able to make it. Here’s the layout I did:

Credits HERE.
The colors of the kit just matched with the shirt of my little boy, LOL! There were more photos that day that I wanted to have a 2nd page… I started on it actually but I don’t know why I can’t finished it, hehe… anyway, I’ll post it here once done.
You can find the SBG Collaborative kit over at Scrapbookgraphics.
Thanks for looking!
I love the weather last weekend, the temperature 13C. It’s really cold and windy but I love it…
Friday night, we’re playin’ with our lil’ santa…
Where’s mommy?!?
I can barely see you….

Look at my eyelashes…

Cutie little santa…

Saturday, after our breakfast, (I prepared a sandwich filled with bacon, lettuce, tomato, cheese, mayo) we had videoke. We’re giggling and singing while Migs keeps on taking the microphone from us. It was really fun! (As much as I wanted to show you some photos, it doesn’t look good, i tell yah!
)After our lunch, we headed to ferry boat ‘coz Migs wanted to have a ride. From Wan Chai, we went to Tsim Sha Tsui. We stayed at the old Clock Tower near the Star Ferry concourse at Tsim Sha Tsui. Aside from watching boats, we took pictures…

More pics to share laters….
Ciao!
I made last October before we went to the Philippines.

We intend to give this to some of our relatives and close friends but unfortunately I wasn’t able to find a CD calendar case. Good thing I was able to print one copy only so I can see the results and it really looks great. I’ll try to look for a case here in HK, and just send this later this month…
FYI. Those pictuers were Migs 1st year until he turned 1yr old in March…
and I use photoblast chocolate action on all photos ….
I do have the wall calendars too but I was not able to finish it yet… anyway we will just be printing one copy of it for our home.
Yeah, it’s almost 3 weeks since my last update here…YAY! That long…!
Ok, I wanted to share a bit story of our trip last month and photos last Halloween (overdue pictures…
) so hold on my friends, LOL! (crossing my fingers now, so my connection would stay for just a little time… pleeeaaasseee!)
I’ll start with our trip last month, Oct 22. (With couple of tips for mommies when traveling with kids… )
It was Migs’ 6th times travel by plane. No seat yet on his previous 5 rides, so it was his first to have his own seat. I prefer a window seat but unfortunately no more available when we checked-in. So we were seated in aisle next to a lady on the window seat…
And just like our previous trips, I usually have new toys bought ahead of time and to be opened only inside the plane. You know why? So the attention of the little boy would focus on that new toy and wouldn’t give you a hard time.
That’s tip#1 for mom’s out there, hehehe…. And believe me, it really works.
Ok so what I have for Migs that day… 2 new little Thomas train books, an easy Erase Magic Writing pad and a small toy from happy meal at Mcdo where we had our breakfast that morning… As we seated and after I put his seatbelt, I gave him first the Magic writing pad and since he already saw the toy from McDo, I opened it too. And look at him really enjoying it…

And as we take off, I have his water ready. It’s kind of irritating on the ears during planes’ take off, right? So I let Migs drink water so he can swallow every now and then and wouldn’t be painful on his ears. With our previous travel, he was sleeping and there was one time he was drinking his milk, he was seating on my lap that time so it’s not hard for him to feed. Ok that’s tip#2 mommies, hehehe….
Now eating time… kids got their food first. So I was able to feed Migs before my meal came. And I’m happy coz he eats his meal properly. He was behaved!

Then after he ate, he asked for milk and then I let him lie down with his head on my lap. Just then my food came and I was able to eat. After eating, I opened his 2 new books… look how happy he was when he saw it…

It was 1 hour and 45 minutes travel. Before we knew it, we were about to land Manila airport already. I don’t have any difficulty with Migs during our flight… considering that it’s just the two of us. And I was thinking before, I might have a hard time dealing with my toddler boy but he was really behaving well…
End of our trip story, LOL!
Next in line was the Halloween dress-up…
Meet the little Witch Boy…

And a shot with Migs cousin, Karl Denielle wearing Devil Girl costume, hehehe…

That’s all I have for now… more photos on my next post…
Ciao!
Last week was the Mid-Autumn Lantern Celebration here or commonly known as Moon cake Festival… There were fireworks display, lanterns at the park and some activities but unfortunately we were not able to see those things because that was the actual day we were moving our things. Nevertheless, we have our mooncake,
given by a friend:

Then last Friday was the best day to see the full moon (people here prepared for this lunar festive) and the best place for moon gazing was at the beach. We were suppose to go there but due to some unreasonable things
we didn’t… I was really mad
I wanted to show it to Migs and that supposed to be Migs first time to see the full moon… and he has the lantern pa naman… Children here would hold that lantern during this time and with sounds… hehehe…
So here’s my little boy just playing his lantern at home….

of course the lantern is still a thomas train…
