Helloooooooo….. :) Anybody here?!? ….

YAY! It’s been a long hiatus for this blog. Sorry for lack of updates. For a quick glimpse of the past, well I’m busy managing few sites of mine. Yes, I’m still on digi scrapping hobby and what added is that I’m practicing photography as the husband finally allowed me to make use of his DSLR, which *I think* he’ll give it to me later on.. hehe… I mean I would be the official owner, haha… For other happenings Well, it’s a long story and I don’t want to bore you this time… what’s important I’m going to revive this blog again, yohoo!

So let me just say Welcome back my friends! I hope to see you here again… Ciao!

MAC book Pro

That’s hubby’s birthday gift to me… but it’s not on my hand yet… YAY! He’s actually itching to buy it already but since the new OS will be coming soon, we just thought of waiting for its release.

That would really be perfect on my digiscrap hobby… I’m planning to design too hopefully and make my own kits and elements… :D Let’s see if I can squeeze that on my time especially my little boy would start schooling on September. Oh well, that’s still my dream to design my own digi stuff… ;)

As of today I have 134 layouts and none of them has been printed yet… YAY! That’s my project for this year to print my digital scrapbook. I’m planning to have it done before this 1st quarter ends. And to make it easy for me, I’ll have it printed with Shutterfly. I just have to upload all my digital designs into a blank photo book and order- just easy. Now the good news is that I can have a shutterfly online coupon to use, which I got from couponchief.com… WOOHOO! Either I’ll get 20% off on personalized photo books or I can enjoy free shipping on any order over $20…. Oh my! This is such a great savings for me… And yes I can finally look my digital layouts place in a photo book. Though I’m doing it on 12×12 size, I plan to have it place on 8×8 size photobook like this…

Oh can’t wait… I’m really dancing in joy!!! I have to start uploading my layouts ;)

Wow! Another year for me… and of course I’d like to share this happy day with all of you by giving a wonderful RAK (Random Act of Kindness) :) … This is my first time to do this so I hope you join me… (little background: I got this RAK idea from Aggie, and sounds fun to play too… and it’s good to share kindness to everyone, isn’t it? it reminds me of the movie- Pay It Forward… Thanks Aggie!)

Ok, here it goes… I won’t ask for any gifts or presents from you… All you have to do is to leave me a simple greeting and your wishes for me on the comments portion of this post… In return, I’ll ask my 2 boys to draw names and to those who will be picked, I’ll have a little gift for you. You wanna know it??? A $10 gift card for digi-scrappers and if you’re not a scrapper, I’ll be the one who will make a layout or page for you. You just have to give me any photo you want me to scrap… sounds good friends! I know it’s not a big big prize to deal with but I just want to have fun on this day and I hope you’ll enjoy it… By the way, I’ll be picking up 4 names (2 digiscrapper and 2 not scrapper)… Would that be great? So let the fun starts now!…

And from the bottom of my heart… THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

We didn’t go out for dinner last night. Instead I cooked special dish for us… the Grilled Lamb Chop.

That photo was from City Super website and we got the recipe from their supermarket that they give away. And of course I would love to share with you that recipe, which luckily they posted online. Click here to check the recipe.

I tell you, it’s really yummy! This is actually our second try on this one. Yeah, rack of lamb is kind of expensive but anyway, it’s Valentines Day. Something treat for us, right?

So why not try it too… you’ll love it! ;)

:D yep, I forgot to share our weekend happenings…. Last saturday, we went to HK Space Museum. It’s been so long that I wanted to bring Migs here and finally we make it last weekend.

It’s my 2nd time visit here, and 1st for my 2 boys. Migs enjoyed it. He loves watching the rocket and even pushing the buttons on it. He saw what’s the suit of an astronaut and what it looks like. Sorry but I don’t have the photos. Most of the people inside didn’t take picture so I assumed its not permitted. But I remember the first time we went there (2001), we could take photos. Anyway, the place was very educational and good for children. You can learn all about astronomy and space technology. (Ok this is more on science- subject I hated most) :)

Here’s the photo of my 2 boys outside the museum.

Oppss, by the way… I may sound different with my previous posts. … it’s nothing serious. A bit misunderstanding and incidentally just came across with that message on my daily inspirational calendar. ;) I’m just too emotional and been carried away, hehe…. Drama queen, huh!

Off now and continue my study… yep, retooling myself to a new programming language… more update about this, soon…  :)   Ciao!

I love the weather last weekend, the temperature 13C. It’s really cold and windy but I love it… :D

It was really fun! (As much as I wanted to show you some photos, it doesn’t look good, i tell yah! ;) )After our lunch, we headed to ferry boat ‘coz Migs wanted to have a ride. From Wan Chai, we went to Tsim Sha Tsui. We stayed at the old Clock Tower near the Star Ferry concourse at Tsim Sha Tsui. Aside from watching boats, we took pictures… ;)

It was 1 and half months stay in the Philippines. It’s not really an entire vacation for me, but more of taking time off from some housework, KWIM ;) My mom does all the things and she doesn’t want me to do chores. She said it’s my rest time. Well, that’s my mommy! Love you mother! But aside from visiting my family, the main point I was in Manila was to fix things regarding our investment. Discovering some illegal actions makes us irritable and we don’t want to bypass such things. It was really stressful on my part. Not to mention those sleepless nights thinking if everything will work out fine or are we going to extend our stay just to finish and iron out all things. Anyway, it’s all done now. Thanks to the people who help me.

Of course meeting my friends for that short stay was really great. Imagine I was able to meet those people whom I haven’t seen for a long time. Exchanging stories, strolling around, and eating was all we do and I was relaxed. Let me show them to you:

My High School friends…

Yay! I missed my brother’s picture, hehehe… I’ll find it first then post it here again… promise! Sorry Bro! :)

Ciao! ;)

My internet connection, that is! ;) Well, what you expect when you’re on a dial-up and low memory … and I’m speaking of the pc on my parent’s home where we’re having our month’s vacation… ;)

In other words, I can’t give you a long post at the moment. No photos to share either… Just like to inform my friends out there, we have a safe trip last Sunday. I’ll share some photos on my next post.

Ciao! ;)

I usually prepare a christmas present for our family and few close friends. During months of October/November, I already have the list of names and do some preparations like shopping and gift wrapping. But this time it’s a little different. Since I’m into digi scrapping and I really don’t have so much time for shopping, what I have for them is a personalized 2007 calendar. :)

I bought this beautiful calendar templates from Shabby Princess .
