Couple of days to go and 2009 is over… but not the holiday sale! 
Yes, more shops on sale at the moment and one great deal I came across was the Bathroom Suite clearance sale…
Better Bathrooms just started their new line of bathroom packages. And with its opening, they commenced their January sale from now on. I’m happy that I was able to browse different styles of their bath suite. There are contemporary design that best suit for small house and there are elegant style as well that goes for a big bathroom size. I’m sure there are people planning to do house renovation or constructing their new house for the coming year 2010, and this is the right time to grab cheaper bathroom stuff in nice quality at better price.

One thing that we didn’t do for this year 2009 is to go out of town and have some family break. Yes we do have plan before but due to some conflicts none of our vacation plan push through. Not to mention we’re on tight budget. So for the coming year, we’ll try to wind down and relax even for few days away from our usual routine. And hopefully we can go as far as Oceanfront Myrtle Beach Resort.

As New Year comes, I bet most of the household were doing some general cleaning at home, are you? Others maybe doing a little makeover for a new look on coming New Year. Like for instance change flooring to epoxy floors or have a little repair inside the house. Or maybe making sure all lighting’s are fixed and properly working.

Aside from the holiday preparation, I’m also starting my list for my son’s birthday soon. One of the things I’m considering is a photo souvenir where he can give to his friends. Going on vacation can cost a lot of money unless you plan ahead and do some research. One of the money-savings tips I read when going on for a trip is “grab all discounts” … So what does it mean? When you’re booking, look for promotional codes and coupons for hotels, rental cars and things that you will need. A little digging on different web sites my turn up cheap flights and other nice deals on hotel and accommodation.
Be aware also there are some travel agencies that offer airline tickets to selected destinations at lower prices compared to major travel web sites. So best thing to do is to call and check agencies as part of your research. At least this way you’ll be able to compare prices and most likely can get best rates in town.
