Howdee my friends? I should have posted my entry on DSLR challenge the other day but YAY! until now I haven’t compiled them. I just don’t have extra time for that right now. I’m behind already with my submission but I’m targeting to finish them all by Friday. (I hope so!, LOL!)
Anyway, I’ll keep this short. Just make a peep here so you know that I’m still alive and kicking, LOL! I do have lots of photos to share but didn’t resize them yet and just I said I don’t have spare time. Also, I’m looking forward to do layouts soon, I just need do little organizing again because my recent downloads were cluttering.
Okies, Happy Halloween everyone! Tonight we’ll have a Halloween party with friends… and do some treat or trick fun at Times Square… Enjoy the day!
Ciao!
I tried taking photo to practice more of the aperture priority.
The results below… they are the same flower but I tried taking on different aperture value…

Thanks for looking!
My week 2 assignment and this time I have 2 submissions.

I haven’t submitted yet my Week 2 assignment at SBG but I was trying to practice already with our topic for week 2, which is the Aperture Priority (Depth of Field).
This has been so challenging to me since I didn’t have the time to explore before the use of Aperture even on our digital cam, which I can do using the macro setting.
Anyway, last night I was trying to take some shots for Aperture setting. Here are couple of photos…

I use here EF 50mm 1:1.4 lens. I tried it also on EF-S 18-55mm but the result here is more dramatic. Well, I still have a lot of things to learn and practice…
I’ll try to post the photo with other lens… (I just have to resize… haayy, the pain in resizing photos, hehe… )

Yey, finally I was able to do my first week challenge and it’s all about white balance. Here’s my submission:

I have fun doing this one and I’m learning.
I use the little alphabet bear of my little boy, which we’re collecting from McDonalds Happy Meal (not yet complete) as my subject for this week challenge. And that shot taken from his room near a window so I have a natural lighting condition. Looks good!
I also do this on my digital camera and looks great… I’ll try to upload it here as well. I still have to put in a document like the one above.
Thanks for looking! Ciao!
Because I wanted to learn photography, I joined ScrapbookGraphics DSLR for newbies- Round 2.

It started last October 4 and will run for 7 weeks. Each week there’s a Photo challenge and I need to finish all the 7 challenges to become a DSLR for Newbies graduate. I actually started reading some notes and trying to take photos. But I wanted to take another photo for our first challenge, which is the While Balance assignment.
I will post here every challenge I will take so you can see how I progress, hehe….
Hopefully I will finish all through the 7 weeks. Goodluck to me!
